Bones

One of the parts of the body that is working every time you are moving is the skeletal structure or bones. As time goes by the body needs ever more calcium. We do not naturally keep as much in our bodies and diseases such as osteoporosis can occur. Broken bones over ever smaller impacts happen as we age. How is this stoppable or we just resign ourselves to age and infirmity. Well I chose not too and so far am without any of this at 64. I have taken ever increasing amounts of calcium, magnesium, and bone and joint formulas as I age and fully expect to increased amounts as I get older.  This is fact. At over 60 I already exceed the recommended dosages of calcium already be triple. The full story on how to do ongoing skeletal regeneration is at Healthy Living at 50 Plus. Please go there and read "Anti Aging and a Great Retirement". I live in perfect health even at my age. H.
